Customer Are Deemed To Have Read, Understood And Accepted The Following Terms & Conditions Listed Below :
INTERPRETATION & DEFINITIONS
- The Company : refer to Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. and its authorized Sales Agent/s.
- Ticket : refer to air ticket or admission ticket.
- FIT package : refer to “Free Independent Traveler” or “Self Drive” package which include ground service only.
- GIT package : refer to “Group Independent Traveler” package which the tour will be departed in group with sufficient group size are formed.
Third Party Usage Of Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. (TA )( Travelpro )(Travelpro Asia) Name.
Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. shall not be responsible towards any claim by any party or Traveller who purchases tour package from other travel agent using Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. (TA )( Travelpro )(Travelpro Asia) name without Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. authorization.
TOUR INFORMATION AND PRICES
- Prices shown are current at the time of publication which payment method is in cash (including but not limited to cheque and telegraphic transfers). Tour information and the price list form part of the brochure. The prices are subject to change due to increase in airfares, other transportation costs, hotel taxes, exchange rates, government tax, etc. therefore Travelpro reserves the right to increase prices where Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. will inform the Traveller accordingly before the departure of the tour.
- The company covenants for the following to be included in tour fare:-
- Return air ticket, not including all airport taxes and whatever applicable taxes
- All meals, sightseeing and other items as specified in the itinerary.
Hotel accommodation, based on:-- Twin sharing basic (2 persons to a room);
- Single supplement (person staying alone – the person concerned must pay the single supplement); and
- Triple sharing (3 persons travelling together). For a group of three (3) persons, accommodation n is based on double with additional bed or triple sharing basis where applicable. The child tour fare advertised is based on a child who is two (2) years but not more than twelve (12) years of age, sharing twin room with two (2) adults, whereas infant fare is based on a child who is less than two (2) years from the date of departure.
3. Items not included in the tour fare are:-
- Laundry;
- Food and beverage not in regular menu;
- Optional excursions;
- Porterage at airport and hotels;
- All items of a personal nature;
- Medical expenses;
- Travelling expenses or any other expenses due to death or illness;
- Any expenses incurred by Traveller arising from airline’s instruction to off- load the Traveller due to any reason whatsoever.

4. Tour Fare :
Unless Specified, Tour Fare Only Includes :
- A return air fare on economy class (for GIT package depart by flight) OR a return coach transfer service (for GIT package depart by coach).
- Hotel accommodation or similar class as specified in the itinerary. Subject to the tour fare, accommodation range from single room to quad sharing basis, please refer to the tour itinerary for details.
- Meals as specified in the itinerary.
- Sightseeing as stated in the tour itinerary.
- One piece of reasonable size baggage (ether travel by flight or by coach). For flight, weight allowance is subject to individual airline‘s baggage allowance policy. Infant below 2 years of age is not entitle for free baggage allowance. Surcharge due to overweight, oversized, or extra bags are the responsibility of the customer.
- The organizers reserve the right to adjust the cost of packages price due to currency fluctuations or increase in air, rail, road or ferry transportation, international airport taxes and fuel surcharges after acceptance of a booking up to and including the date of departure.
- Tour fare excludes visa fees, expenses on purely personal nature such as telephone calls, excess baggage charges, beverages, personal and baggage insurance, food and beverages not on regular menu, porterage at airport and hotels, laundry, gratuities to drivers and escorts, optional excursions and such other charges not expressly included in the brochure. Every package offered contains different things that are inclusive and exclusive. Please refer to tour itinerary for details.
PAYMENTS
- Payment by credit card is subject to surcharge.
- Payments made by cheque are only valid upon the clearance of the cheque. All bookings shall only be valid upon clearance of the booking fees paid to the organizers.
- Payments made by telegraphic and bank transfer are only valid upon the proof of the transfer being forwarded to The Company. All bookings shall only be valid upon the confirmation of clearance by respective bank.
FIT TOUR PACKAGES
FIT Tour Package including airline ticket
- Upon registration and confirmation of airline ticket request, Traveller must remit full payment for airline ticket according to the dateline as advised by the person- in- charge in Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.
- For ground and other payments, Traveller must remit deposit (a 100 % non-refundable) of 35% from the package price (excluding airline ticket) within three (3) days after registration or according to the dateline advised by person- in- charge in Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. Balance payment must be made forty five (45) days prior to departure date or according to the dateline as advised by the person- in- charge in Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.
GROUND TOUR PACKAGES ONLY
- Traveller must remit deposit (a 100 % non-refundable) of 35% from the package price within three (3) days after confirmation by Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.
- Balance payment must be made forty five (45) days prior to departure date or according to the dateline as advised by the person- in- charge in Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.
FOR GROUP SERIES DEPARTURE TOUR PACKAGES
Upon registration, Traveller must remit to Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. the deposit and balance payment in the following manner:
- Payment of deposit during registration
- For Domestic Tour – deposit (a 100 % non-refundable) of 30% from the package price or as advised by Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd..;
- For Outbound Tour – deposit (a 100 % non-refundable) of 50% from the package price or as advised by Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd..;
- The balance of payment MUST be made by the Traveller no later than thirty (30) days before the date of departure for Group Series Departure tour package or according to the dateline as advised by the person- in- charge in Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd..;.
- Where Traveller places a booking by filling up the Registration Form
- The Traveller must furnish to Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.. Bhd.; proof of payment(s) made in order for Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.; to proceed with confirmation of bookings.
VISA
Where Traveller request for Visa application only, he or she is required to fill up the relevant visa forms and to provide all the required documents to Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.
FAILURE
Failure to comply with the requirements above may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit by Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.

AMENDMENT TO BOOKING
For FIT Tour Package
Upon confirmation of the tour and where payment have been made, any request by Traveller to make subsequent changes to the reservation is subject to Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.. Bhd. approval and an amendment charge of RM 50.00 per person per change. Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. have the absolute discretion to approve or refuse the request.
- In the event Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. declines the request and the Traveller cancels the tour, Traveller is subjected to the cancellation charges referred in Clause 1.
- Where Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. approves the Traveller’s request, the additional cost due to the changes shall be borne by the Traveller
For Group Series Departure Tour Packages
- Upon confirmation of the tour no changes can be made to the reservation within forty five (45) working days before the date of the departure subject always to the discretion of
- However, any request from Traveller for any change to come back earlier or later than the group must be made in writing letter to Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. and will be subject to the conditions of the respective airlines. Traveller acknowledges that Traveller may incur additional charges due to this request
- Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation of the original reservation.
- For change of destination and date of travel request by Traveller more than forty five (45) days prior to the date of the departure, Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. Bhd. has the discretion to accept or refuse the request where Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. is dependent on airline’s and supplier’s terms and conditions. Where Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. Bhd. accepts the request, this request can only be made once. Amount and method of payment will change accordingly to the new package tour.
- Where Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. accepts Traveller’s request for changes, an administration fee up to maximum amount of RM 300 will be chargeable by Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. to Traveller.
Request for Early Return or Extension of Stay
Traveller may request to extend or reduce his or her stay, however subject to the followings:
- Must be in written request through letter or e- mail to admin@travelpro.my
- Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. have full discretion to accept and refuse the request; and
- Is subject to any surcharges or additional charges by airlines and overseas ground suppliers.
Request for Deviation or Stop Over
Travellers may request for Deviation or Stop Over, however subject to the followings:
- Must be in written request to admin@travelpro.my
- Traveller shall bear all cost incurred.
POSSIBLE CHANGES
Where there is any:-
- Flight delay, re- scheduling or cancellation of flight by airlines;
- Cancellation or refusal of service by tour operators beyond Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.; and
- Any other changes after departure.
Resulting to sightseeing tours, hotels and route to be changed, additional cost to airport tax and fuel surcharge or any other changes, Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for the changes or cancellation and towards purchased domestic flights or any other unused services by the passengers that might been affected by the alteration, whom purchased it without consent and final validation from the company at the first place .
SCHEDULES CHANGES / AMENDMENT ON ITINERARY
Changing of airline’s schedule or local conditions may require sightseeing tours, hotels and routs to be changed. Should this occurs, The Company shall make alternative arrangements subject to local conditions. The Company and its authorized agents also reserve the right to change the tour itinerary with or without notice due to operational reasons.
REFUND
No refund or reduction will be made to any person or individual who does not participate in or who forgoes any flight sector, sightseeing tour, transfer or accommodation so provided at any time during the course of the tour, for whatever reason.
PASSPORT
All tour members must personally ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 month from the date of their return to Malaysia.
APPLICATION OF VISA
- In the event that the visa application is rejected by the embassy Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. will offer to the Traveller options of other tour and if the Traveller decides not to take up the option, the reservation will then be deemed cancelled and is subject to cancellation charges in Clause 5.1 and 5.2
- The Traveller will also be required to pay any charges including but not limited to charges by the embassy arising from its terms and conditions, processing fee, visa fee, administrative fee and/ or any other relevant payment.
- Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. does not accept visa application by non- resident. However if the consulate or embassy allows for the application to be made by travel agency, Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.. then may accept the application. Any additional charges related to this application shall be borne by the applicant.
All tour members are encouraged to process their own visa. The organizer offers assistance for the application of visa but approval is not guaranteed. The organizer cannot be held liable for any loss of passport(s) due to any reason whatsoever including without limitations, negligence on the part of our employees, agents and / or servants. All service charges and visa fees levied shall be borne entirely by the tour members.
EXTENSION STAY
Extension of stay after the end of the tour is subject to the tickets and seats availability. All extra charges involved for the arrangements for any extension of stay / deviation will be at passenger’s own expenses and no transfer will be provided to the airport for the returning flight. When the extension of stay / deviation cannot be confirmed prior to group’s departure, passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule.
RIGHT TO REJECT
The organizers reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any reservation made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person from being a tour member if he is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comport or enjoyment, of others on the tour. The organizers further reserves the right to cancel the reservation if for any other reason any carrier, hotel or other contractor refuses to allow any participant to participate in the tours. In any of such events, the company’s liability shall be limited to the refund of any monies paid, less the amounts of for the services already utilized and any administration and cancellation fees
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All tour members are encouraged to purchase a travel insurance scheme. Unless specified, tour members shall only be covered while travelling on the road for all tour departures covered under in-coach insurance scheme. All travels by air shall only be insured under the respective airline insurance scheme. The organizers strongly recommend tour members to purchase a separate travel insurance scheme. The organizer shall not be personally liable for any bodily injuries, disability, losses to personal belongings and death of any tour members arising out of the tour and the tour members are required to check with the respective parties in term of insurance coverage.
CO-OPERATION
Should there be difficult and uncooperative tour members during the tour, whose act and conduct deem to be unreasonable and detrimental to the enjoyment, interest, well – being and safety of the other tour members and the smooth running of the tour in general, the tour leader concerned possesses full discretion to deal with such persons as he / she deems fit, including requiring him / her to leave the tour. The decision of the tour leader in this respect is final and conclusive and the organizer shall not make refund for any uncompleted part of the tour due to this reason.
HEALTH ADVICE
All tour members are strongly advised to seek independent medical advice before travelling. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any tour members who falls ill or contracted any decease during or after the tour and/or due to any reason, including but not limited to the health condition of the places travelled during the tour.
HEALTH CERTIFICATE
All tour members shall at his/her own expenses obtain all health certificates as required by the various authorities to the countries visited, if applicable.
SPECIAL CARE REQUEST
The Company shall not be required to cater and/or provide for the needs and/or requirements of any disabled/handicapped individuals and or individuals suffering from any and all medical conditions. The Company strongly urge all tour members to equip themselves with all care and needs that they may require.
BAGGAGE
Free airline baggage allowance is provided by the airlines and the quantum and conditions may differ from one airline to another and from one airport authority to another. The same applies for hand- carried baggage aboard the aircraft. Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. will advise Travellers on the conditions and Traveller must adhere to the airline’s condition. Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for any cost incurred due to non- adherence by Traveller on the luggage requirement.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- Travellers are encouraged to buy travel insurance to safeguard themselves against sickness or death, loss of money, cancellation of flight, flight delays or lost baggage.
- Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.shall not liable for any losses or expenses incurred by the Traveller due to his/ her refusal in purchasing the travel insurance. Full liability is to be borne by Traveller.
- Traveller will keep Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd.. indemnified against any expenses, losses or damages borne by Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. Bhd. in assisting Traveller arising to any failure by Traveller to purchase travelling insurance.
- RESPONSIBILITY
It is expressly agreed that The Company and / or its authorized Agents acts only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel and other participants in the program. Tickets, documents, notice letters and other correspondence are issued subject to the terms and conditions contained in the contracts under which the participants provide the services. The Company and its transportation company, hotel and other participants in this programmed shall not be held responsible to any tour members for any loss, damages, death or personal injuries, expenses, penalties or any other inconvenience of whatever nature and however caused or arising from the following :
- Any mistakes, errors, inaccuracy, wrong description, changes, alteration or amendment to any tour schedule or the itinerary whether material or otherwise.
- Any additional expenses or costs incurred by the tour members due to delays caused by changes in the flight schedules or any other travel schedules, sickness, weather conditions, strikes, riots, fire, floods, commotion, war, quarantine and any other causes beyond the control of the organizers, its authorized agents and the other participants in the program.
- Loss or damage of baggage and personal effects during the journey or on transit or in the event of an accident save if the same were cause by any acts of negligence or wilful neglect attribut- able to the company the company’s employees or agents, suppliers and sub-contractors, servants and/or agents of the same whilst acting within the scope of, or in the course of, their employment.
- Any abrupt termination of service by transportation companies, hotels and other participants in this program due to bankruptcy, liquidation, closure or suspension of business or any other so ordered by the authorities.
- Any alteration on the routing or change of date of travel by tour members is solely at his / her own risk. The Company shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and/or extra expenses incurred.
- Any deportation or refusal of entry by immigration Authorities or confiscation of any personal items to / of tour members resulting from but not limited to the possession of unlawful items of holding improper travel documents or other causes of whose behaviour and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned.
- It is the tour member’s sole responsibility to check for the entry requirements of the countries visited. The Company shall not be held responsible for any tour member who was refused entry by immigration Authorities due to failure to meet with any entry requirement and there shall be no refund to tour members who had been refused entry by immigration Authorities.
- For student tour, the tour manager and accompanying teachers will try their best to take good care of the students. The school and the organizers shall not be held responsible for any incident happened beyond their control.
- The Company shall not liable to the tour member for any goods purchased during the tour whether or not the goods are defective quality, not suitable for the tour member’s purpose, not in conformity with samples provided or rejected by the tour member. This include those goods purchased in the shop that visited as part of the itinerary or which recommended by the tour leader, tour guide, the shop’s sales person.
- The Company or its agents/employees shall not be deemed to give any guarantee or warranty or representation of any kind whatsoever in respect of the tour, unless such guarantee or warranty or representation is expressly added as a special condition in writing by The Company hereto.
FEEDBACK & RESPONSE
The Company welcomes constructive feedback, please submit in writing within 7 days from the date of return should you have any comment for the tour. No responsibility is accepted in respect to any dispute that is made thereafter.
The Company reserve the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of the items in this Terms & Conditions as the case may be, without prior notice.
In the event of a difference in the Chinese version and the English version of this terms & conditions, the English version will be deemed to be the correct version.
Notwithstanding the place or country in which a course of action arises, in the event of disputes between the parties, the parties expressly agree to subject to laws of Malaysia and the jurisdiction and territory of Malaysia at Kuala Lumpur.
MISCELLANEOUS
Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time.
Note: Travelpro Asia Sdn. Bhd. reserved the right to publish or print any photographic materials which taken during the tour for commercial use.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by TravelProAsia Sdn bhd (“Travelpro™ “) or (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. These terms set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of Our Services as contained in https://travelpro.my/rental-landing-page (“Website“) (collectively with the site, referred to as “Services“).
- DRIVER’S AGE AND LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
The Renter and additional drivers must be between 23 to 65 years old for normal car category vehicles and 25 to 65 years old for luxury car category vehicles and in possession of a full and valid national or International Driving Licence. Other nationals who hold a valid driving license in English can drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months (subject to country). Probational license holders will not be accepted.
The Renter shall rent the vehicle for the rental period stated in the booking confirmation. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. may agree to extend this rental period at its own discretion. If the renter fails to return the vehicle at the end of the period. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. shall either charge the rental at the contracted rate for the period of time renter has possession of the vehicle or Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. SDN. BHD resumes possession of the which case the renter shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred by Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. in resuming possession of the vehicle. The Renter shall return the vehicle, together with all tyres, tools, accessories, and equipment to the Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. station specified or any location on the enclosed rental agreements (location & date).
2.1 Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. Responsibilities
- Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. shall maintain the vehicle to the manufacturer’s recommended standard. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. undertakes to ensure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and suitable at the beginning of the rental period.
- To ensure the car came with valid insurance coverage
- Provide replacement vehicle in case of accident or breakdown for with similar class that rented from Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd.
2.2 Renter’s Responsibilities
- The Renter shall ensure the vehicle and keys are kept in good condition at all times during the period of the rental.
- The Renter shall ensure the vehicle is kept locked when the vehicle is not in use, and the Renter will incur a charge (which Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. will set from time to time) for lost keys.
- The Renter shall utilize any security device fitted to or supplied with the vehicle. The Renter must ensure that the correct fuel is used for the vehicle.
- The Renter shall be fully responsible for any damage to the exterior part of the vehicle (front, rear, upper, lower sides and undercarriage) caused by hitting any object. This applies irrespective of whether or not the Renter has opted for the super liability reduction option and liability reduction option in accordance with clause.
- The renter shall not sell, rent, remove, replace or dispose of the vehicle or any of its parts thereof. The renter shall not grant any person (s) any legal right over the vehicle.
- The Renter shall not carry out any repair or service work on the vehicle without obtaining the written permission of Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd.
- The Renter must notify Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. immediately as soon as the Renter is aware of a defect or damage in the vehicle and the Renter is liable for all damage and loss (including theft) caused to the vehicle during the period of the rental.
- Upon the end of the rental period, the Renter shall return the vehicle to the agreed return location, during the operating hours displayed at the rental location and Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd.’s team shall examine the vehicle to ascertain that the vehicle is in good condition. Where Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. has agreed that the Renter may return the vehicle outside operating hours, or where the Renter has requested collection of the vehicle. The Renter’s liability of damage, theft, parking violations and charges shall extend to midday on the first working day following the collection time (working day is defined according to station operating hours or the time of re-inspection of the vehicle by a member of Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd.’s team.
- Damage to the vehicle includes damage and/or loss of glass, tyre rims, vehicle lights, tyre and interior accessories.
- The renter shall pay for repairs is the vehicle requires more than Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. standard cleaning, or if the vehicle has been damaged on the interior or exterior (whether or not it is the Renter’s fault).
- The renter shall ensure, on the return of the vehicle that the renter has not left any personal belongings in the vehicle and Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. shall not be responsible for any of the Renter’s personal belongings left in the vehicle
- The renter should ready or prepare necessary card, especially Touch N Go card by their own. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. will not responsible or entertain any issue of claim/refund regarding the card.
Rates are for a minimum of 24 hours of rental. Additional hours will be calculated upon booking at one-fifth of the daily rate per hour up to a maximum of 5 hours upon booking. Rates include unlimited mileage, maintenance, passenger liability protection and insurance cover of third party property damage and third party bodily injuries. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. did not practice any prorate. So there is no refund due to early return. Rates are in Ringgit Malaysia. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Mode of Payment
Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. accepts credit and debit cards Visa and MasterCard upon online booking. Third party credit cards are not accepted. The credit card presented must be in the name of the authorized renter. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to refuse its car rental services if this term is not met. Cash transaction is not acceptable.
In addition to the rent charges, the customer is responsible to pay a deposit. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if the customer fails to make payment at the time specified. The deposit is an equivalent as a guarantee of proper usage of the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract, a sum which will be reimbursed if no damage is notified. Deposit should be paid upon the booking confirmation and will be refunded to the USER account after 15 days the car returned. Renter have to request for withdrawal by themself.
5. TRANSPORT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Reservations canceled by email or call to our hotline within one (1) week / seven (7) days before the start of the rental. Cancellation of reservation/booking must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
- Cancellations made within 3 days / 72 hours before the start of the rental will be charged 50% from the rental fee.
- Downgrade vehicle within 3 days / 72 hours before the start of the rental will be charged 50% from the rental fee of the original booking.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the rental.
- Cancellations made to downgrade vehicle less than 24 hours before the start of the rental.
- Failure to provide actual driver as registered on the form to collect the car at the specified date & time.
- Vehicle cannot be picked up or failure to collect the car at the specified date & time.
5.4 Claim & Refund Process
• Contact us within the time that was stated in the cancellation policy to document the issue and place a hold on the booking payment. Include invoice or other evidence of the issue as part of your claim.
• Be responsive to our requests for additional information and cooperation.
• Have used reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstances of the Rental Issue with the driver/person-in-charge prior to making a claim, including messaging your contact on Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. to notify them of the issue.
• We’ll notify the transaction of refund through email. The amount will be credited to customer’s wacash account after the car return. Renter can request for withdrawal by their own, 15 days after the car return.
6. EXTENSION OF RENTAL AND PENALTY
- Should the renter wish to extend the rental, appoint any additional drivers, amend pick up or return location, it is compulsory to advise KTravelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. immediately to facilitate the extension of insurance coverage.
- Fail to notify and payment will effect with a penalty. Follow as charges and type of penalties :
The renter shall pay the following charges :
• The rental charges and other optional charges at the rates shown on the rental agreement.
• Any charges for loss or damage resulting from non-compliance
• A refueling charge due to insufficient fuel tank upon return (check-in)
• On demand, all fines and court cost for parking, traffic or other offenses (including any costs which arise if the vehicle is clamped or towed). The Renter must pay the
- appropriate authority any fines and cost failing which, the Renter shall be responsible to pay Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. an administration fee of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (MYR200.00) when Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. deals with these matters.
- On demand, the full cost of repairing or replacing the vehicle if it is damaged or stolen (even if it is not the Renter’s fault). The Renter may not have to pay the whole of the cost of repairing or replacing the vehicle if the Renter has accepted Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. Liability Reduction Option.
- On demand a loss of income charges. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. will charge the Renter at the contracted rate if Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. is unable to rent out the vehicle on the grounds it needs to be repaired or is a total loss and Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. is waiting to receive full payment of the vehicle’s value. Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. shall not charge the Renter for more than 30 days loss of income. The renter shall also be liable to a charge for any diminution in value of the vehicle on resale as a result of damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
- On damage any charges made by the authorities as a result of a seizure.
- Any rates for delivering and collecting the vehicle which Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. will set from time to time.
- On demand Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. costs including legal fees where permitted by law, incurred in collecting payments due from the Renter hereunder.
- Value added tax and all other taxes and levies on any of the charges listed above, as appropriate.
The renter shall be held responsible for all MAJOR DAMAGES caused to the vehicle, including theft regardless of fault. In the event of an accident of theft, PROVIDED the renter has agreed to accept the LRO and make a police report within 24 hours from the time of the accident or theft, Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. shall be entitled to charge the renter an excess fee which is in accordance with the following table (“Excess Fee”). Upon the renter’s acceptance and subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Rental Agreement, the renter’s liability is limited to the Excess Fee.

The renter may also purchase Zurich Travel Insurance (Z -Travel Domestic/Inbound Policy), provide by Zurich General Insurance Company Berhad.
AGE LIMIT
The insurance shall apply to any insured person from age 30 days years old up to 80 years old, except the insured person is aged 70 years and above upon the commencement of the insured journey, he/she will only be entitled to 50% of the BENEFIT A – Accidental Death and Permanent Disablement.
COVERAGE
It is hereby declared and agreed that the Table of Benefit as stated in the Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy Wording is amended to read as follows and not otherwise stated:-
- CONDITION OF USAGE VEHICLE
- The vehicle shall not be operated by any person(s) who has given to Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. a fictitious name or false age or address.
- The vehicle shall only be driven by person(s) named overleaf, or by anyone Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd.c authorizes in writing. Anyone driving the vehicle must have held a valid full current driving license for at least one year.
- Probationary license holders are strictly not permitted to drive Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. vehicle.
- The renters or any authorized driver shall not use the vehicle for hire to rewards, any illegal purpose, vehicle off-road, racing, pacemaking, test drive, testing the vehicle’s reliability and speed, to propel or tow any vehicle or trailer or to teach someone to drive, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other illegal substances as determined by the authorities.
- Carry a number of passengers and/or baggage which could cause the vehicle to be overloaded or to transport goods in violation of customs regulations or any illegal manner as determined by the authorities.
- Entry to Thailand is strictly prohibited.
- Any cause to unpleasant odor (e.g durian, salted fish, perfume, a material used in the practice of religion, etc.)
- CROSS BORDER TO SINGAPORE
The renter has the flexibility to drive to Singapore with the following requirement
• Declare destination upon booking
• Purchase additional insurance upon booking
Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. will not entertain any refund request Autopass card balance.
Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. vehicles cannot be driven into Thailand, Brunei, and Indonesia. Subsequently, vehicles are prohibited from being loaded onto other modes of transportation via sea, river, and air for usage from the mainland to Langkawi, Tioman, Redang, Pangkor island, etc. Cross border to Singapore is subject to approval with certain conditions and additional insurance.
- RENT-IT-HERE, LEAVE-IT-THERE
Minimum rental (2 days) will be applied and repositioning fee will be levied based on kilometers for one-way rentals. Details on the charges and procedures will be made available at the time of online inquiry. This service is only applicable between Travelpro Asia Sdn Bhd. locations and coverages.
Agreement of rental will be terminated upon the occurrence of one of the following events:-
- If the Renter shall fail to cause any punctual payment of rental or any amount due hereunder.
- If the Renter shall fail to observe or perform any condition, term or covenant herein;
- If the Renter suffers any distress or execution to be levied on the Renter’s goods or being a company make arrangement or arrangements with its creditors or enter into liquidation whether compulsory or voluntary or have a receiver appointed or winding-up order or proceedings is levied threatened upon the Renter or any judgment against the Renter shall remain unsatisfied for more than thirty (30) days
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Malaysia Courts. If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
